How to Make a Reservation
Accommodation Rates
For the best rates on your stay at Kanazawa Shikitei, please book directly through our official website
The pricing consists of a basic rate plus a per-person rate (5,500 yen per person).

Basic rate: 60,000 yen + 82,500 yen (15 guests × 5,500 yen) = 142,500 yen
Please check here for the basic rate as it varies depending on the day.
Options &
Additional Guests
Accommodates up to 23 guests.
You can add more guests or options via the URL provided in your confirmation email.Please note that this service is available exclusively for reservations made via our official website.
If you have made your booking through other reservation sites, kindly contact us via email for assistance.
Reservation Changes
If the number of guests decreases or you need to cancel any options, please notify us via email at least one week in advance.
Your request will be confirmed upon our reply.

Key Access Information
Our front door is equipped with a smart key system.
The day before your stay, you will receive an email with the passcode and instructions on how to use it. Please check this information.
Payment Information
Advance Credit Card Payment
Please note that debit cards are not accepted.
Our primary payment method is advance credit card payment. Typically, the payment will be processed between 5 to 1 days before your stay.
Credit Card Error
If the credit card you provided at the time of booking cannot be processed for the payment of your stay, we will send you a payment URL via email. Please complete the payment procedure through the provided URL.
Your reservation will not be confirmed until the payment is completed, so please ensure to follow up promptly.
Please note that payments made through the provided URL will be processed immediately.
Others
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or change your reservation dates due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply.
Regarding the dates of use, the following cancellation fees apply:
More than 31 days before: No fee
30 days before: 50%
10 days before: 80%
5 days before: Full amount
Regarding Changes to Number of Guests and Options
For Guests Booking with Credit Card
If you wish to add guests or options to your booking, please use the additional URL provided in the 'Reservation Confirmation' email. Please ensure to make any changes at least one week prior to your stay.
Please note that if the number of guests decreases, you must notify us via email at least one week prior to your stay.
Regarding Child Rates
Children under the age of 4 who do not require a futon or bed are accommodated free of charge.
Regarding the use
by minors only
Please submit a parental consent form for each minor. Use is permitted only if the terms and conditions are adhered to.

Regarding Pet Accompaniment
Pets are allowed under certain conditions, but you must notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
・Please bring a cage or similar enclosure and do not allow your pets to roam freely indoors.
・Pets are not allowed to relieve themselves on the premises. Please bring pet toilet sheets or similar items.
