Our accommodations can host up to 23 guests. If you wish to make a reservation for 24 or more guests, please contact us in advance through the inquiry form.

If you wish to add guests or options to your booking, please use the additional URL provided in the 'Reservation Confirmation' email. You can add more guests or options up to one week prior to your stay.

The rate is the base price plus 5,500 JPY per person. The base price varies by season. For details, please refer to the base rate calendar.

Our primary payment method is advance credit card payment. Please note that debit cards are not accepted. Please note that payment for your stay must be made in advance, as on-site payments are not accepted.

For reservations made through our official website, typically, the payment will be processed between 5 to 1 days before your stay. Any additional options or guest additions made through the provided URL after the initial reservation will be charged immediately.

If you need to cancel or change your reservation dates due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply. Regarding the dates of use, the following cancellation fees apply: ●More than 31 days prior: No fee ●30 days prior: 50% ●10 days prior: 80% ●5 days prior: Full amount

Check-in is usually from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.Our staff will meet you upon arrival, so please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance.

Luggage storage before check-in is available from 10:00 AM onwards. Please note that this service may not always be available, so contact us in advance if you need this service. We regret that we cannot store luggage after check-out.

We offer early check-in and late check-out as paid options. Early check-in / Late check-out: ¥5,000 per hour for the entire group. Maximum of 2 hours (Early check-in from 1:00 PM, Late check-out until 12:00 PM). Please note that availability may be affected by cleaning schedules or other factors, so be sure to confirm in advance.

If minors are staying without an accompanying adult, a 'Parental Consent Form' must be submitted for each minor guest. Please read the parental consent form, sign and stamp it, and send it to us by mail or email at the time of booking.

Pets are allowed under certain conditions, but you must notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet. Please bring a cage or similar enclosure and do not allow your pets to roam freely indoors. Pets are not allowed to relieve themselves on the premises. Please bring pet toilet sheets or similar items. Please review the terms and conditions in advance and send them to us via email.

The property can be used for dining events or company training sessions. Even if you are not staying overnight, the fee will be the basic rate plus ¥5,500 per person.
